At Formulity, we offer flexible purchasing options, including one-time purchases and subscription-based orders.
This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains how Formulity subscriptions work, how recurring payments are processed, and how customers can manage, modify, or cancel their subscriptions.
By selecting a subscription option during checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Orders
Formulity subscriptions are designed to provide a convenient way to receive your selected products regularly without needing to place a new order each month.
When you enroll in a subscription:
- Your first order will be charged immediately at checkout.
- Future orders will be automatically processed according to your selected subscription schedule.
- Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each recurring order.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Formulity to charge your selected payment method for recurring purchases until the subscription is canceled.
Subscription Billing Schedule
For subscription orders, recurring payments are processed monthly.
Your recurring billing date is:
The 23rd day of each month
Your payment method will be charged automatically on or around this date for your next subscription order.
For example:
- Initial subscription purchase: Charged immediately at checkout
- Future recurring charges: Processed monthly on the 23rd
If the scheduled billing date falls on a weekend, holiday, or if processing is delayed by your payment provider, the charge may be processed on the nearest available business day.
Subscription Pricing
Your subscription price will be displayed clearly during checkout before completing your purchase.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
- Your subscription price will remain based on the terms shown at checkout unless otherwise notified.
- Subscription pricing may differ from one-time purchase pricing.
- Applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other required charges may apply depending on your location.
Formulity reserves the right to update subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes, customers will receive notice where required by applicable laws.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time.
Depending on availability, subscription management options may include:
- Updating billing information
- Updating shipping information
- Changing subscription preferences
- Skipping an upcoming shipment
- Pausing your subscription
- Canceling your subscription
Changes should be completed before your next billing date to affect the upcoming order.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Formulity subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellation requests must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
Because Formulity subscription billing occurs on the:
23rd of each month
you must cancel before the 23rd to prevent the upcoming monthly charge.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the recurring payment has already been processed, the order will be considered a completed purchase and will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by:

Please include:
- Full name
- Order number (if available)
- Email address associated with your account
- Subscription cancellation request
Our support team will process cancellation requests as quickly as possible.
Confirmation of Cancellation
After your subscription has been successfully canceled:
- No future recurring payments will be processed.
- You will receive confirmation of cancellation when applicable.
- Any orders already processed before cancellation will remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been charged or shipped.
Subscription Modifications
Customers may request changes to their subscription, including:
- Changing shipment frequency
- Updating payment information
- Updating delivery information
- Skipping future shipments
- Pausing the subscription (where available)
Requests must be submitted before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Formulity may attempt to process the payment again.
If payment continues to fail:
- Your subscription may be temporarily paused.
- Future shipments may be delayed.
- Your subscription may be canceled until valid payment information is provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
If a subscription order has already been:
- Processed
- Charged
- Fulfilled
- Shipped
it may not be eligible for cancellation and will be reviewed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Canceling your subscription only prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically issue refunds for previous orders.

Subscription Renewal Reminder
Where required by applicable laws, Formulity may provide renewal reminders or additional subscription disclosures before recurring charges.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription preferences and ensuring cancellation requests are submitted before the next billing date.
Changes to Subscription Program
Formulity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription programs at any time.
If significant changes are made that affect existing subscribers, Formulity will provide notice where required by applicable laws.
